Scope of application: This series of products are salt spray corrosion test equipment for artificially simulating marine climate. It can be used for surface treatment of various materials of electrical equipment, metal materials and products, including coating, electroplating, inorganic and organic skin film, anode treatment, anti-rust oil and other anti-corrosion treatment, and then carry out accelerated corrosion performance change test. Test content: closed container made of borosilicate glass (or material with equivalent corrosion resistance), which can be heated to 40 ℃.

The sample is hung on a glass hook, at least 30mm from the wall and liquid level.
The test temperature is 40( /-)2 ℃.
Test duration not less than 24H
Note: After the test, clean the sample with water. Compared with the untested sample, the color of the coating on the effective surface should not change, and light gray spots that can be wiped off with flannel are allowed. Low-purity gold alloy coatings are allowed to darken slightly, but no rust and salting-out are allowed.
