6. Water immersion test device LK8106(IPX7 IPX8)
The main structure is made of stainless steel;
1) The size of the inner container of the immersion water tank is Ф 2.2*1.2m;
2) Attach sample holder;
3) Pressurization mode: pneumatic; 4) Pressure display mode: digital display;
5) Pressure: 5 atmospheres (approximately equal to 50m water depth pressure);
6) Water temperature and sample shell temperature can be displayed.
7) This equipment can meet the requirements of IPX7 and IPX8 for short-term immersion and long-term water inflow specified in EN60529/IEC529 and GB4208. This equipment is all made of stainless steel with a wall thickness of 8mm. Air compressor, no external air source is required, immersion depth can be directly operated on the panel, water inflow in the container is automatically controlled, and water purification device is provided (drainage is automatically controlled), the liquid level gauge can display the water level height in the container, the test duration can be set, and has a prompt function (the test piece can be customized with special requirements); Display the water temperature in the container and the surface temperature of the test piece (not controlled).
