Product Description

1Use

It is mainly used to assess the drop resistance of product packages during transportation and loading and unloading, so as to improve and perfect the packaging design. For large packaged goods, the quality is generally large, and the vertical drop height during transportation and handling is low. Therefore, the test drop height of the drop test bench is also low. The zero drop test machine is mainly used for drop test of larger packages. 1.2Machine working principle

The zero drop test machine consists of an "E" that can move down quickly"The type fork is used as the sample bracket, and the tested goods are placed and balanced according to the test requirements (surface, edge and angle test). During the test, the pallet moves downward at high speed and is separated from the test piece. Before the tested packaged goods fall to the bottom plate, the "E" fork has been embedded in the bottom plate under the action of a high-efficiency shock absorber. Theoretically, the zero drop tester can make a drop test from zero height to the maximum drop height.

This equipment adopts hydraulic system to control the lifting of the working table and the test piece. The cylinder generates thrust to lower the working table at a speed greater than that of the test piece, while the test piece keeps its original state (surface, edge and angle) and falls freely.

The zero drop test bench adopts plate double guide rail guide and hydraulic lifting system. Drop height can be set freely through the touch screen, can achieve edge, surface, corner drop test. It is mainly used to assess the ability of product packaging to withstand drops during transportation and loading and unloading, so as to improve and perfect the packaging design. This machine is suitable for all manufacturers and quality inspection departments.
