     LC-1000-15The electric vibration test bench is based on the principle that the current-carrying conductor moves under force in the magnetic field. 5.2.1Structure and characteristics:

    LC-1000Is a broadband electric vibration table, working frequency range2~3000Hz, can be sinusoidal vibration or random vibration, its structure is (11) The active system consists of the driving coil, the skeleton and the table top; (21) Support and guidance system of the movable system; (3) Magnetic circuit system and other parts. In the support structure of the movable system, a unique rocker arm guide and axial air spring suspension are used, so it has the characteristics of strong lateral load and high waveform accuracy, and can reach the rated displacement value even under the rated load.

The magnetic circuit is composed of magnetic cylinder, center magnetic pole, upper and lower pole plates and excitation coil.DC current input excitation coil.

The magnetic cylinder is suspended on the trunnion structure and can be vertical and horizontal90°Rotate, so it is easy to select the vibration direction required for the test. In the trunnion structure, the vibration isolation spring and linear guide suspension are used, and the vibration isolation device in the structure eliminates the influence of mutual interference between internal and external vibration sources.
