[Cold and Heat Shock Test Chamber] Unit Refrigeration Blowdown and Leakage

1.Connect the nitrogen cylinder of the pressure reducing valve to the nitrogen adding valve of the system with a nitrogen pipe.‘

2.Open all valves in the system except those connected to the atmosphere.

3.Open the nitrogen valve and nitrogen valve, and fill the system with nitrogen to the test pressure of the low pressure part.

4.Close the nitrogen valve and nitrogen valve. Use a brush to dip soapy water or detergent to alter all welded joints, pipe joints, flanges, valves and other connecting and sealing parts to pick up leaks.

5.Find out the leakage point, mark the number, unscrew the screw plug at the lower part of the circulating reservoir with the blowdown safety method, blow down and release nitrogen.

6.Mend leakage, charge nitrogen from the head, blow down and release nitrogen

7.Repeat the above operation. Until there is no leakage point

8.Close the inlet valve and drain valve of the low-pressure circulating reservoir, the outlet valve and drain valve of the drain barrel, and the suction valve and drain valve of the compressor. Charge nitrogen into the system to the test pressure of the high pressure part

9.Check for leaks in the high-pressure part of the temperature shock laboratory, find the leak point, mark it, unscrew the screw plug at the lower part of the circulating liquid reservoir with a blowdown safety method, blow down and release nitrogen.

10.Mend leakage, charge nitrogen from the head, blow down and release nitrogen

11.Repeat the above operation. Until there is no leakage point

Warm Tip: After using the cold and hot impact testing machine, remember to wait for the temperature in the box to recover to normal temperature before sorting out the test samples to avoid being scalded by high temperature. Due to sudden changes involving high and low temperatures, there will often be particle condensation, so it is necessary to organize the air supply to avoid blockage. When the testing machine is not used, remember to cut off the power supply in time.
