Fault detection of refrigeration cycle of programmable constant temperature and humidity box

The refrigeration cycle system of the programmable constant temperature and humidity test chamber is a closed system composed of a refrigeration compressor, a condenser, a filter drier, a capillary tube and an evaporator welded by a copper tube. The system is filled with a certain amount of refrigerant. Under the action of the compressor, it turns the low-pressure and low-temperature gaseous refrigerant that has absorbed heat in the evaporator into a high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, which enters the condenser for cooling and liquefaction to form a refrigerant. Circulate continuously in the refrigeration system to achieve the purpose of refrigeration.

The refrigeration compressor of the programmable constant temperature and humidity test chamber is fully enclosed and is the power to keep the refrigerant circulating. If the suction and exhaust pipes of the refrigeration compressor in the test chamber are ruptured or there are small air holes leaking, the suction or exhaust volume of the system will be reduced, the operation time of the refrigeration compressor will be prolonged, and the evaporator will not be frosted or frosted. The purpose of refrigeration cannot be achieved. Therefore, in use, attention should be paid to the integrity of the pipeline of the refrigeration system.

When the compressor suction and exhaust pipe of the programmable constant temperature and humidity test chamber has a slight leakage due to welding or collision, it is not easy to find it by soapy water inspection, and the water immersion method can be used for inspection.

　The specific method is:Block the high and low pipes of the compressor, connect the nitrogen pressure test pipe to the process pipe to inflate, immerse the compressor in water, and carefully observe whether there are blisters. If there are blisters, it means leakage. Water immersion test is carried out to find out the leakage of the compressor, and the leakage shall be welded again and dried.More than 4 hours to re-use.
