If water cooling is adopted, in addition to ensuring that the inlet water pressure and inlet water temperature are within the specified range, the corresponding flow rate must be ensured, and the inside of the condenser shall be cleaned and descaled regularly to obtain continuous heat exchange performance.

2.If the cold and hot shock test chamber is low for a long time, after one cycle, the temperature should be set110Degree, open the box and do it in a small range2hour defrost treatment. At the same time, we should insist on setting the temperature near the ambient temperature after each experiment.30Minutes or so, then cut off the power supply, and clean the inner wall of the studio.

3.Cold and heat shock test chamber should regularly clean the evaporator; Because the sample cleanliness level is different, under the effect of forced air circulation, the evaporator will gather a lot of dust and other small particles, which should be cleaned regularly.

4.The water circuit and humidifier of the cold and hot shock test chamber are cleaned. If the water circuit is not smooth and the humidifier scales, it is easy to cause the humidifier to burn dry and may damage the humidifier, so the water circuit and humidifier must be cleaned regularly.

5.If the cold and hot impact box needs to be relocated, it is best to carry out under the guidance of technical personnel to avoid equipment damage.

6.The cold and hot impact box shall be powered on regularly every half month without long-term shutdown, and the power-on time shall not be less1hours, and check whether the relevant parts of the equipment are operating properly.
