The rapid temperature change test box is suitable for aerospace products, information electronic instruments, materials, electricians, electronic products, and various electronic components to test their various performance indicators in a rapidly changing environment of high temperature and low temperature.

The box structure of the rapid temperature change test box:

1. The whole box adopts the whole structure.

2. The inside of the box is made of 1.0mm imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outside is made of 1.0mm cold rolled steel plate, and the insulation material is made of superfine glass insulation cotton.

3. The gate seal adopts double-layer silicone rubber sealing material.

4. The observation window is made of multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow glass with a size of 350 × 500mm. In order to prevent frosting of the glass at low temperature, the special built-in special safety voltage heating wire surrounds the heating belt with a power supply voltage of 36V, and is equipped with a lighting lamp to provide lighting for observation.

5. A φ50mm test hole with a plug is provided on the side of the box body. The plug material is silicone rubber with low foaming, which can withstand high and low temperatures and has heat preservation efficiency.

6. An air conditioning cabinet is arranged at the rear side of the cabinet working room, in which humidifier, evaporator, electric heater, fan, fan volute and other equipment are installed.

7. The temperature sensor is placed at the air outlet.

8. The air supply mode in the test box is the refrigeration system of upper air supply and lower air return mode.
